This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) applies to the use of digital products sold by a solo developer under the service NextSampler.

1. Overview

NextSampler offers paid digital products — specifically, source code examples built with Next.js.

2. Payment & Access

• One-time payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
• Upon successful payment, products are delivered via email or GitHub invite.

3. Refund Policy

• All sales are final due to the nature of digital goods.
• For technical issues, please contact support@nextsampler.com.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Redistribute, copy, or resell the source code
• Use it for commercial resale
• Violate applicable laws

5. Copyright & License

• All content is copyrighted by NextSampler.
• A non-exclusive license is granted for personal or team (≤5 members) use only.
